Coaching

Coaching is part of everything we do. We help organizations advance their innovation capabilities by teaching them how to think differently, helping them deploy new tools, and elevating the capabilities of their teams. We coach individuals (most often leaders of innovation, senior general managers, and marketing directors) as well as teams.

Two common models for capability-building:

 

Thought partner and coach

We help you adopt the tools, practices, and processes that will enable you to create bigger better innovation. We do this through the context of a real challenge or project you’re working on, walking in lock-step throughout.

 

 

Formal training and Executive Education

We help you elevate the innovation capabilities within your team. Our approach centers on true capability building - teaching people how to think and embedding real understanding. This is accomplished through rich experiential learning, not through training people how to follow processes. Although the design and execution varies depending on objectives and audience, our approach is consistent: enable people to learn through experience, and surface teachable insights that help people internalize and apply what they’ve learned.
